I was there during the May heat wave. There is no a/c in the rooms, they did provide a fan, but with 90+ degree weather it was unbearable. The hallways were even hotter than the rooms. The lobby was a/c... and they are "trying to get city approvals to install" but, nothing thus far. I asked for ice, and they had one tray in their refrigerator/freezer/ At least install an ice machine! I would definitely stay again, (as I have twice in the past) -- but only in the winter!

The staff and location of the hotel were amazing! Everyone was so friendly as I navigated London, not to mention the rooms were clean and did the job for the amount of time I was there for. The location was more than ideal to everything in central London.

Bien situé à 5 min de la gare de Paddington. A 5 min du Hyde parc Service d autobus en face du Hyde Parc. L hôtel est très mignon ,les chambre confortable ,, l ascenseur était en panne lors de mon passage

The lift doesn't work while we have been put on the 5th floor and informed after the check-in. Other than that, it worths the price with the excellent location and pleasant breakfast.

Nicely placed for Paddington station. good hotel , nice staff, clean towels every day and room cleaned every day. small room but normal for London. Would stay there again.

Yes, plenty of shops and things to do on the area.

Overnight trip for work. Great for a quick stay
