Stayed at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa and honestly, it exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were next level — super welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. The food was unreal. Every meal we had was high quality, fresh, and full of flavour — whether it was breakfast, room service, or dining in the restaurant, it never missed. The pool area is easily one of the best parts of the resort. The lagoon-style pool is stunning, clean, and just an unreal place to relax. It feels more like a tropical escape than being in Surfers. The room itself was just as impressive — spotless, modern, and really comfortable. Everything was well thought out, and the attention to detail made it feel like a proper luxury stay. Overall, everything from the service, food, pool, and rooms was on point. Couldn’t fault the place. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to without even thinking twice.

A beautifully renovated property with wonderful amenities for families and stunning rooms. The highlight is the pool area - just beautiful.

Fantastic hotel for a family holiday. Pool is fantastic and the rooms are great. As a family I also really appreciated the laundry was complimentary and so was the arcade. Special mention for the tamanyaki, that was a highlight. Location is also great for getting the tram around the GC

This place is fabulous. We were here only 2 nights but would stay again. Walking distance to beaches, park, the beach shops and restaurants, and even rental car (which we made use of). The lagoon is fun, though needing to rent snorkels seems excessive. There are fish in the lagoon but not THAT many. We decided just to swim and spot fish in the shallows. The caves are cool. The pool was closed for cleaning when we were there, so we didnt get to enjoy the slide or pool area in the cave, which looked awesome. We did not try the restaurants but they look very nice. Our balcony room was great. Awesome view of lagoon, city, and ocean. The little kitchen area was a definite bonus. The room was clean and well furnished. This was the second JW Mariott ive visited and they are both really cool.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Resort on the Gold Coast and had a fantastic experience overall. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly, attentive staff who made the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The pool area and amenities were standout features, perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time. Everything felt well-organized and catered to a high standard. The only downside during my stay was that the coffee service closed at 9:30pm on a Saturday night, which felt a bit early for a resort of this caliber. It would have been great to have that option available a little later, especially for guests looking to wind down in the evening. Aside from that small inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning..

Hard to fault much here, staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Property as beautiful and clean as ever. Been coming for 20 years and does not disappoint!

The room was really nice you could see the ocean from the balcony the bathroom had a nice size bathtub the pool was nice my stay was really relaxing the food and massage were excellent thank you
