Staff was very friendly since the beggining. Room was kept clean and in order, which made our stay more enjoyable. The suite is a pretty big room!

I had to ask daily for an extra bath towel; no fridge in the room but one was left outside our door upon request. We appreciated the free bottles of water each day. The sound of the elevators approaching our floor could be heard from our room. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant attached to the hotel has a very small menu and only Chinese food. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was closed all week and apparently not a part of the hotel, although you can access it from the 2nd floor. It would have been nice if there was a guide in the room which explained restaurants in the areas as well as walkable local attractions.

We had a great time! The location is the best! Close to Greta food spots and subway stations.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to the inconsistent service. I requested twice for someone to fix the shower, but nothing was done. The room was also extremely noisy because of the air conditioning unit—I’m not sure what type of AC system they use, but it made it difficult to sleep. The staff experience was very inconsistent. Some team members were genuinely kind and helpful, while others were quite rude. When I requested a room change because of some issues in the room, the receptionist initially refused, saying the room couldn’t be changed since I had already used it and asked me to wait until the next day. Only after I insisted did they agree to move me to another room. The great location is a definite plus, but the lack of prompt maintenance and inconsistent customer service made the stay less enjoyable. Disappointing

Too cold A/C at 62* , I had to turn it off but did not help. Freezing night in summer.
