Convenient, good price. The location was a little sketchy area but he had no issues. The maintenance could use improvements as a towel rack was hastily put up and the previous location was not filled correctly. The bathroom floor had 2 different types of linoleum under the bathroom sink.

OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN - THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD WITH HELP AT ANYTIME- THE BREAFEAST WAS BASIC - THE PARKING WAS GOOD AS NEEDED- THE HOTEL IS NEXT TO AN HOSPITAL VERY BUSY AREA-THE FRONT DESK COULD USE AN REMODEL

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The gentleman who checked us in at midnight was very nice, polite and helpful, as well as the security gentleman at the front door. It was the first time we have stayed at a TownePlace Suites but it will not be the last!

Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys.
The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room.

I was surprised that this hotel wasn't nicer, since it's linked to the Mariott brand. It was not well maintained, the WIFI didn't work, and the staff didn't care to help resolve it. Normally that wouldn't be a problem except my son needed to do homework online. The pull out bed's mattress was thin, dirty and incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, but do want to mention that the included breakfast was better than average.

Older building but clean. Stayed for several days while my son recovered from surgery. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Great staff. TV selections could be better. Overall very happy and within walking distance of Denver Health.
