Our stay at fiesta americana was great. We loved how clean the whole resort was and the food was very good and alot of variety at the buffet.

The resort itself is very clean and a nice beach front resort. The only problem was that the staff kept insisting for my husband and I to get a time share. We had to attend a meeting and we said no thank you and the employee got another member involved which was the same thing again. We were getting very annoyed and just wanted to leave so that we can go about our day. Other than that I recommend this place.

Before our trip, I read several negative reviews about this resort but decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, many of the concerns mentioned in those reviews matched our experience. The staff was not very friendly, and several employees seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Reservations were required for all of the restaurants, which made dining less convenient than expected. The sales representatives were also very persistent when promoting membership packages, and the adults-only area was restricted to premium members. The food was okay but nothing memorable, and the drinks were not as good as we had hoped. The check-in process was also disappointing. There were issues with our reservation that took time to resolve, which made for a frustrating start to the trip. We also did not receive the room type we reserved. We had booked a king-size room with a view, but were assigned a room with two queen beds. While the staff eventually moved us to another room, the view was obstructed and did not match our expectations. The activities offered by the resort were limited and not particularly entertaining. Overall, the experience did not live up to our expectations. While Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful destination, I would choose a different resort if I visit again in the future.

This was roughly our 15th time visiting the property over the past 10 years. The relationships that we have built with employees that are still currently working there are amazing. When they see us, we are welcomed with smiles and open arms. The spa is primo. The Sonne Club and its staff, Ignacio, Rafael, Luis, Francisco, and Veronica, are top notch. We didn't get the name of a manager that we met, but he was extremely helpful when a situation arose, and he made it right. I would fully recommend this property.

Clean rooms and great food

Absolutely beautiful! Everything was beyond perfect for our first big family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is super helpful and supportive. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and requirements. They show so much love and respect, which makes one feel at home and safe. The environment and experience of the whole resort is so wonderful that one can stay here forever. Also it's very clean and easy to navigate anything. We truly are heading back with a suitcase full of memories. Thank you to the entire team. We appreciate it.
