Valet parking was top notch, location was very convenient and the property was well maintained. I traveled with the kids and we had a blast in Tampa.

Very old and unclean with bad smell!

The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa.

I opt to hand valet my keys and he directed me to go across the street and pay to park my vehicle And my shower was faulty

Excelent. All was wonderful and amazing. Since frond desk to clear.

Checking in was very easy. Anastasia was very helpful even offered coupons for things to do in the area.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tampa and walking distance to many of the local eateries. The room are tidy and clean smelling.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. My issue was that the first the room I got assigned had a really bad musty smell, the staff was accommodating and I got transferred to another room. Unfortunately in the second room, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the room was pretty warm with the A/C coming on and off occasionally. I had booked the hotel off of their pictures and expected a hot tub and to my surprise once I got there, they didn’t have one on the property.
