Although the property is about 30 minute walk from the city center and no central AC is in your room, the quiet neighborhood and guaranteed peace and quiet is a great perk. There are fans provided to stay cool in the summer time. If you’re driving, they have parking guaranteed for guests and the gentleman at the reception desk was an outstanding host. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and luxurious. Lastly, their breakfast was lovely. I highly recommend this property.

Nice and quiet location with easy and free parking. Not much in the way of local restaurants within walking distance. Recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, in a great condition and with a great location, short walk from cafes and shops. It has an amazing self-serviced bar, where guests can help themselves to drinks, and leave note with their room number to be charged. We didn't eat there so cant comment on the quality and taste of food. Plenty of parking outside, no AC in the hotel. Bit of a shame about the reception staff, which appeared to be quite moody..

Beautiful Grade 2 Heritage limestone mansion. Five Star accommodation for a very reasonable price.

We knew nothing about this hotel when we booked, other than it looked nice online and it was very close to a wedding we were attending. We honestly thought it was a fab little hotel. Immaculately clean, bright, a happy place. Our room was a really good size and very comfortable, everything we needed was to hand. Great shower. Really comfortable bed. And the breakfast was really excellent. Every staff member we met was delightful.

Immaculate and royal-ish property I have ever stayed. Feel like a queen in her elegant palace which original stones exterior and classical and well care interior. Room design with chandeliers in both bed and bathrooms, mirrors. Fancy carpet in bedroom and marble in bathroom. A Stand-alone bathtub and a shower. Bathroom fixtures are well polished and work great. The king bed and beautiful bedding that I wish to own the same. Many windows looking out the back yard that gibe the view of the fountain runs 10AM to 10PM in the most pleasant sounds possible. The dining room display and quality are equivalently beautiful as mu bedroom although I did not join the breakfast nor dinner because I spent most of my time in downtown. The location is about 25 min by bus from the civic center or 12 min by uber which might be a disadvantage. However, highly recommended this hotel if tourists travel by car and would like to experience the most royal treatment per the original-Bath-town and per the professional support staffs
