Nice stay, clean room, friendly staff, good, large gym. I thought it’s a bit mean to charge £6 for car park- it’s already 3 miles out of Oxford near the ring road! But easy way to increase turnover!

Entrance, restaurant and bar entrance was lovely! Rooms seem to have been left behind. My window wouldn’t shut properly and the bath had been repaired with tape and painted over. Rooms very small too

The reception area was a mess and a random unplugged running machine didn’t make a great first impression. Reception staff weren’t the most friendly / welcoming I’ve experienced but professional. My room smelt of stale food / body odour. Despite having the air con on for several hours when I went out, it was still lingering. Bathroom was very basic and difficult for get out of the bath after showering. The bathroom door was also in need of some repair. The hotel was a good 15 minute Uber ride into town so if looking to go out in an Oxford then would suggest a neater hotel.

Superior room was most inferior and had a dreadful outlook. No lift and many stair-cases to overcome. Smallest, cheapest bathroom we have ever had to use. Bathroom door flimsy and rusty with no lock and wobbly handle. Amenities were closed and no reduction to our bill was offered. Felt utterly miserable. Great breakfast cheered us up.

Stayed here many times. Keep coming back because it's easy for Oxford Centre and we always have a great stay. Highly recommended.

Staff could have been more responsive too my requests.
