Clean room, family friendly and great staff.

Great location; close walk to all the stores but not so close you hear traffic all night. Very clean and spacious rooms! Over all great place to stay! We will be back very soon!

Hotel was fantastic..close to downtown, pools were great, staff friendly and breakfast good, but the breakfast room was very small for the size of the hotel.

El hotel está cerca de todo. Buenisima localizacion. La habitación es amplia, en buenas condiciones y limpia. Lo que me desepciono fue que nunca fueron en nuestra estancia a limpiar la habitación cambiarnos las toallas ni botar la basura. El aire acondicionado de la habitación en la noche se apagaba mucho y tardadaba muchísimo en prender. En general lo recomiendo sus alrededores estaban limpios y excelente localizacion

It was a nice hotel room was clean balcony was nice 2 down falls 1.the pool needs cleaned and the little rocks from the sides and bottom laying in there lose need to go 2. The breakfast was the same every day you need to change it up fruit loops and cornflakes every day switch out cereal Add some Danish other then blueberry muffins everyday Put some English muffins or bagels out there just plane sliced bread to make toast everyday But other than that it was a good spot to go down to all the shops and local attractions

The property was very convenient to the main drag in Gatlinburg. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only dislike I had was it took a long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower. It came out lukewarm pretty quickly but took a while to get really warm.

We liked everything about this property! 2 pools was a great idea. Family area with one pool and the other pool was good for people traveling without children. The family area with fire pit and grill was nice. Our room was big open and very inviting. The bathroom was beautiful with hot water as soon as we turned it on. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean. We will stay here here again. The only thing not very many chairs in room for rainy days.
