The staff were most cordial, not knowing the obstacles I had in getting there.
The room was clean and well maintained.
Inclusive Breakfast was appreciated.
Nearby shopping was adequate and a selection of dining options was available nearby.

Great location-close to everything. The room has the bare minimum: there is no teapot or microwave, so breakfast is the only option if you want to eat at the hotel.
I'm not sure about other guests, but I got food poisoning after breakfast (however, my friends staying at the same hotel didn't have any problems).
This hotel is definitely good for a short-term stay.

만족해요 The room was cold. Only place is the warm bathroom. Breaksfast was enough to eat. It will be nice to have kettle inside the room for hot drink during winter month

Lovely comfortable beds...great powerful shower.
Clean...and only minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Good value.
Down side...if your room is at the front...a tram stops outside every minute...which is quite noisy!
No hospitality tray which would have been nice.
Basic but adequate room. Breakfast was continental and acceptable.
