Very quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, great location

Great location, close to the shops and beach. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

Good experience

Our cabin was well set-up, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The check-in was very easy and the friendly, helpful staff explained all we needed to know. The park is in a great location. It has a lovely outlook, it's quiet and an easy walk to town and walking tracks. The guest laundry was well set-up and clean. Thanks to all the staff.

It was a very cozy place with everything we needed.

Convenient location, near restaurant and cafes. Nice family friendly park, many rabbits roaming about. WIFI was not too good, dropped connection frequently and seemed to get worse during night time.

It was okay for the money you spent

No direct access to the beach. Rather through a gate and down a pathway. Our studio cabin faced other studio cabins and a grassy area. There was a great and well equipped undercover cooking area. There were rabbits everywhere and excessive rabbit droppings. Our towels stayed damp and there were no warm racks for them to dry on. Had to ask for replacements. Showers had mould and the tap had grime. The windows were filthy. Nice, comfy king bed though with good quality linen. Julie, on reception was warm and friendly and interested in our stay, an absolute gem.

Lovey staff, great location

The cabin was not well maintained. The fridge was missing a shelf at the bottom of the door which meant there was nowhere to place taller bottles and the freezer section was very much in need of a defrost, one fluorescent light was not working, one light was missing a cover, the bedroom blind was very soiled, the screen door was so dirty that we has to wash a shirt that brushed against it, the kitchen cupboards needed a good scrub as did the stove top. The whole park is looking tired and in need of a good clean and update. For the 3 nights our tariff was the second most expensive and the least clean during a 6 week road trip where we stayed at 19 different locations across Victoria. Very disappointing for an NRMA Holiday Park.
