Brilliant location, right by the HBF
Really good vibe at the hostel, good bar, staff super friendly and helpful.
Rooms basic and breakfast limited but it's a hostel at end of the day.
Always felt safe and secure.

만족해요 Nice room but extremely loud and very noisy from the street all day all night especially towards weekends.
Staffing front desk helpful and accommodating and always lots of traffics with students.

What did go well actually! First room they checked me in the locker was broken, second one smelled sooo bad and the pillow and sheets were on the bed and used(not in locker), third room smelled even worse and the toulet was filthy I almost threw up in the room! Then the only option left for me was to pay around 16 Euros as suggested by the receptionist to get a different room! Worse experience I have ever had in my life, never again to stay at Generator Hamburg

그저 그래요 arrived from a very long trip with no available towels to use. crowded place with lots of homeless people around the area. not safe to go out especially at night. the upside only is that the train station is just right across of this hotel.
