The location is good and the amenities are basic. The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable and the toilet seat was quite low for an elderly person. Breakfast was nice and the staff In the restaurant were great. A couple of staff members could benefit from learning how to make the guest feel welcome.

What a hidden gem this is! Fantastic location near Darling Harbour, great bar and tapas and our room was perfect! Quirky vibe and great atmosphere, staff were amazing so I would highly recommend!

Staff less than helpful when we checked in. Our room had masking tape holding the bathroom window in. Nice touch was my husband had his 60th and they brought him up cake so that was very kind.

Very good value for money, the room was comfortable with great amenities.

The chilli eggs for breakfast were 👌

Loved the size of our room (213). Loved the vibe.

Beautiful quiet rooms with character. Immaculately presented. Great water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and 24 hour room service available. Convenience store down the road and close walking distance to the International Convention Centre. I can’t fault it. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at this historic boutique hotel in a few years and it has continued to provide excellent accommodation, service and food. Located within a 5 minute walk from the Light Rail, Darling Harbour and the ICC and Tik Tok Entertainment Centre, it was so convenient for our 3 day stay in Sydney to see Split Enz in concert. It is also a 25 minute walk to the CBD and offers lovely quayside walks. Since our last visit, Percy, now offers not only an excellent, good value à la cate breakfast but in the evening transforms into a fantastic tapas restaurant. The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. We chose a larger room with a comfortable bed and everything you would need in a hotel room, plus some free drinks and snacks. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
