There was a toe nail by the bed in the floor and the tv didn’t work. Other than that staff was wonderful.

Close to broadway

I love this place it’s close to everything in downtown you can walk everywhere from there, easy and feast check in, the valet parking was berry cain and welcoming easy to request you car when you leave and feast and easy check out definitely I will stay there again.

Everything was clean but there was a lot of visual wear and tear in the dining area, hallways and room. Chair seat covers were cracked. S few areas of tile grouting was filled with silicone sealer in the room bath room. Low water pressure in the shower. Food was good. Housekeeping was great. Brought extra towels within 15 minutes. Overall it was a good stay. But the facility is needing some TLC.

Just an overnight stay, but the location was great. Recommend a higher floor for sound reduction.

Wonderful, helpful staff! Valet, Brady and Graham, did an OUTSTANDING job helping us not only get car parked, but carrying luggage to and from room when there were no luggage carts available. Our room's AC was not as cool as it should've been. I called front desk and they sent maintenance up right away. They said they "reset" the unit and even brought us a fan to help cool off quicker.

Valet parking was expensive. Guy at check in was very distracted. Overall stay wasn’t bad. Definitely could have been better but could have been much worse. Room was small but nice. Clean. Might stay again depending on whether anything else is available. Probably not a first choice next time.
