This is a nice hotel and the location is great. We got the room upgrade and a free breakfast ( no chance to have the breakfast ) as an Expedia member.

The hotel is ok, location is a bit off the beaten path probably an additional ten minute walk from the centre of things but honestly my problem is the staff. The first few days we were there there was a middle aged women at the desk and you could tell she hated her job she was rude and short with everything that was asked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on her attitude and demeaner, I want someone happy I’m spending my money with them and to help me feel welcome and enjoy my vacation.

Nice room. Easy walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. Limited onsite parking. Would recommend while staying in Reykjavik.

The room was clean and the blackout curtains made for an easy night's sleep after a long day of travel. I just wish we had stayed longer as we didn't get to see all the things that were in the area. Really pleased with our stay.

It was a fabulous experience! The rooms are well equipped, clean with a beautiful view. Breakfast was extraordinary complete with my favorite cappuccino. Staff were superb. They offered an explanation for the best place to park. I will definitely stay here again.

The reception was professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped and cozy. Central location made everything convenient to walk to! Great stay!

The staff was kind, and quickly corrected the errors in our room (a nightstand light bulb wasn’t working). The location was also good. Parking was lacking which we already knew, but the rooms are small with poor quality materials for bedding and very little lighting.
