They stole my jewelry. I called and they said they would call back and didn’t. Called them 10 plus times. I would not stay here and if you do, DO NOT LET THEN IN YOUR ROOM AND DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE!!!!! MATTER OF FACT DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Terrible communication and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

매우 훌륭해요 I had the best experience whilst staying here. The staff were so accommodating and attentive. The hotels restaurant is of an exceptional standard. The rooms were spacious and clean. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a wonderful few days at the Garcia, so glad we opted for this hotel as it was set up in a quieter location but close enough to central Ubud.
The surroundings are beautifully lush and the feel of the resort is laid back and relaxed.
All the staff are so attentive and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you’re well looked after, always greeted with a smile.
All staff were wonderful, particularly Anayka at reception and Fery in the restaurant.

My stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond and were so pleasant. My villa was great and the breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend.
