Great base for Munich. 30 min walk into the centre and a good party area close to the hotel

Tremendous Hotel … great location .. all round excellence.,

Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon, here are the good and bad: Good: 1. Hotel staff were great and very nice. 2. We loved the go green initiatives the hotel was doing. We could elect to not have the room cleaned for a daily free beer each! 3. The location was great for us, but is definitely in a party area so it gets loud Fridays and Saturdays. Overall good food and drink around. 4. It was right next to Munich East bahnhoff and a bus stop for easy transport. Bad: 1. The shower was bad. Especially with traveling and sightseeing, we looked forward to showering at the end of the day. However, the temperature never stabilized, and fluctuated between very cold and painfully hot. It was dangerous as we both were burnt several times. It became a task of going in and out of the water stream and showers took a long time because of it. 2. The air conditioning is an “air sharing system”. The room was consistently probably around 75-78 degrees F (24-27 degrees C). Neither my wife or I are big people, but prefer cool rooms to sleep in, so this climate made for some uncomfortable nights. We had to keep the window open which helped, but that also let in bugs and noise. 3. The bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was flat and not soft. It was a mat on top of a box frame. The pillows were heavily used with almost no filling. We had to use 2-3 for comfort. With my back issues, this made sleeping difficult. Overall it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed one night here while transiting through Munich. The hotel was great and the staff were excellent. The hotel has a great location close to public transit in a scenic area with a lot of options for having a bite to eat or grabbing a drink nearby unfortunately we were there amd overnight on a sundsy which a lot of places were closed on. That is the only recommendation I would make. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Lovely hotel with a great location. The staff was kind and friendly. My only complaint is the hotel room is pretty low on storage for big suitcases, let alone two people. Shower door took a big push to make sure it was secure and not cracked open. Nice option to receive a beer or water instead of room cleaning though.

This hotel is located in a perfect area for public transportation easy access to train/ underground station that takes you into the heart of Munich. Lots of great restaurants you won’t go hungry so many good options. Coffee in the lobby was very good actually, staff was friendly, love the one beer or one water bottle a day system. Air conditioning wasn’t really a thing but windows open really cools down the room and feels nice- so be mindful which time of the year you visit and stay here if you like AC. The rooms were cleaned, modern, but the one thing I didn’t like was the bedding, hard bed and the pillows sadly were large big pillows more decor pillows than practical pillows so overall my sleep wasn’t the best here but small sacrifice for such great location!

Great location, just outside the city center. Tons of food and drink spot within walking distance.

Clean room. Great parking. Room was hot with no way to cool it down. And if you stay here on a weekend. Beware. The clubs are very loud until very late.

Stayed for one night for business and arrived late and left early but as far as the staff, location, room and cleanliness go, it was wonderful.

Room is fine. Bit basic. Not great value for the price this time
