The rooftop bar view of the Acropolis was amazing.

The property was clean and very convenient to walk to all things you’d want to see. We just had some problems with our bathroom and if we were staying longer than one night, we would’ve had it fixed. Otherwise, it was great!

Rooms need a little updating, such as new rugs.

Excellent location for seeing major sights of Athens. Common areas of Hotel are in great shape, rooms and hallways need refreshing. Only one outlet in room for your use, hair dryer attached to bathroom wall not near the mirror and very weak, no coffee or kettle in room, shower is a handheld faucet in the tub with no barrier so bathroom gets pretty wet if you try to shower. No wash cloth, but thats pretty common in EU. Breakfast buffet is huge.

There were two issues. One the bed was as hard as a rock and we had to have them bring a foam topper. Two we had no outlets in the room open to use none in the bathroom for a straightener or curing iron and none in the room. You would need to unplug a light to use the outlet. We went to the front desk to inquire about the need for an outlet and the staff was very rude about it. They sent maintenance with a multi adapter bar to plug in to the light outlet. The hotel itself was beautiful, great location, great breakfast and fantastic view.

such a beautiful well maintained property. we encountered no problems. staff completely helpful and knowledgeable of places we would like to see, go, and visit. even the local laundry location we could go to.

I am a travel agent and would not suggest this property for several reasons; there are 2 outlets in each of the rooms and none in the bathrooms. I have never in my life encountered such rude and lazy people in my life. “It’s not my job” The bellman (bald head but not old) was incredibly rude and would yell at us. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and blah! They ask the people traveling with us to move rooms on a 3 day stay after 2 days. The bathtub was a guarantee injury due to its design.

I have stayed here 4 times. It is always a great place.
