Position of hotel is excellent. Staff were great. Breakfast disappointing having to wait every morning as so busy but food was nice.

Hotel Complaint Escalation Unjust Smoking Fee I recently faced an issue during my stay at your hotel, where I was unfairly charged a $500 smoking fee. This charge was applied despite the fact that other staff members were frequently entering and exiting the room. The manager on-site was unhelpful and unwilling to address the situation. When I requested further assistance, I was only given a card for the supervisor, who was not available at that time. Charging a guest for smoking under these circumstances seems highly unacceptable and raises concerns about potential price gouging. This issue requires immediate attention and investigation. If not properly addressed, I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. Room Cleanliness Concerns In addition to the unjust fee, I encountered several cleanliness issues during my stay. The shower appeared to have mold or mildew, indicating that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The room was also filled with dust, and I found hair on the pillows, which was particularly unpleasant and concerning regarding hygiene standards. Next Steps I have escalated my complaint to corporate and am currently awaiting a response. It is my hope that the situation will be resolved promptly and appropriately. I trust that your organization values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues.

Great stay!!

The bathroom had lots of hair from prior guests, shower leak heavily, there is mold on the shower wall, the carpet had black stains in between both beds from being old one of the bed sheets had a hole at the bottom on front of bed . I was expecting a better hotel due to its name and the price that they charge

The hotel was nice and located in a good location for walking to the theater. The hotel did not provide information on the Uber shuttle which would have saved me over $100++ had I known, there was no complimentary water in the room, and there was no refrigerator to use. The refrigerator in the room was stocked with various drinks that sat on sensors in the refrigerator facing the opposite direction. Which is a trap, because if you touched the item to read the label it would automatically charge your credit card. There was no space left in the refrigerator for putting any personal items in there.

My room wasn’t the cleanest mold was in shower

great stay, only there for a weekend but staff was nice, room was clean and hotel was close to everything i wanted to do
