Great location, clean and comfortable room, and amazing staff. Even though breakfast was very busy, the service was excellent, and everything was restocked quickly. Highly recommended.

Great central location.

Not a great hotel - very much a standard 3 star - simple accommodation- ok rooms - services very basic / does not stand out in any way with its service amenities or facilitates. Also quite a way out from the centre

Hotel was great.

Nice room but loud noise all night - not from AC in the room but there was a stairwell with huge pipes nearby, which i think caused it. Also bin in bathroom was not emptied after previous guests, so that was pretty disgusting. Limited breakfast. Overall not worth the over the top price and the issues have left a very bad taste. worth thd

Room - shower head only puts out a small stream. Light bulb burned out in table lamp. Very small and modestly equipped gym.

Had no fridge working during my stay for 1 week. I was advised that this may take more than 1 week to fix. Room bedding has to be replace (dirts covered by fancy covers but from inside disgusting). Some staff are kind and helpful and others are not. About 10-12 minutes walk to the center. Breakfast was too crowded and did not find a place to sit! No much facilities!

hotel attached to moomin museum and concert hall walkable but just out of centre. everything good but not great.
