Hotel was in a great location. We checked out before breakfast but were provided a breakfast box which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning kept the room somewhat cool. Not as cool as we like it however, we were there during a heat wave.

The hotel is in a perfectly central location. The room was very clean with lots of comfortable modern amenities. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great, too. The breakfast was great and a wonderful way to start our day in Lisbon.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, buffet breakfast and the attentive staff. That said, the maintenance of the bathroom in our room needs attention; the shower floor looked quite unsanitary, and we didn't feel comfortable using it without wearing slippers.

Location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and gave us helpful directions to nearby activities. We were able to get a late checkout. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in my entire life, we will be back!

Amazing hotel in a great location, with a very spacious room including a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge, and a comfortable bed. The only minor issues were a slight gap in the curtains, which affected darkness for sleeping, and delayed room servicing despite placing the service sign out in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay and would happily stay again.

Good location and clean and modern rooms. The rooms were a bit small, and breakfast was nothing to brag about, other than that very ring was perfect. Really nice staff as well.

Awesome location and great food at breakfast and downstairs restaurant. Convenient location and walking distance to nearby restaurants and attractions. No car needed in this location.

Small city hotel in great location; that' where is stops however. We had connecting family rooms not knowing that one of the rooms had no window (!) and is basically a glorified closet with just full a size bed which could not be made into two beds for our teenagers. When asked if we could change rooms we were informed that all family rooms are like this and we could not change rooms. Definitely would not have booked this hotel if that was made clear upon booking. Comparatively expensive for what you get.

Small room that was clean and bright.

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was nice and clean. One issue was that there were only 6 hangers in the very small armour. No place to put your folded clothes/had to live out of your suitcase. The other issue is that a change of breakfast options would have been great. Everything else was good!
