Tub was extremely slippery. Room was old and not the cleanest

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast.

This was our family group and we were treated royally. It was a bus load from Philly others flew in and drove. It was wonderful time. 07-22-26

It was all good

The room was gross. The carpet torn and dirty so that we didn’t go barefoot. The curtains were torn, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. For what we paid we should be compensated would not be surprised if we get sick. Also the mini fridge froze anything you put in it.The sink in main part of the room didn’t work and the doors underneath were broken. Whatever you do don’t stay there.

We stayed 1 night. While the hotel seemed surface clean, upon getting ready in the morning a cockroach crawled across the bathroom counter. After researching we found that it was a German cockroach which generally means there is a high probability of infestation. When we told the staff they seemed to not care at all. The first response was, "was it a big one"? No refund was offered and we were told that is not their policy. The manager would not talk to us or call us. I do not consider any hotel a 3 star (their supposed rating) when there are cockroaches. The manner in which this was handled was not even fair customer service, it was the poorest. All of this tells me they know they have an issue and do not care. So beware....cockroaches and management that does not care.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing was my room was missing a curtain so couldn’t block out the daylight and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to push the button multiple times for it to fully flush sometimes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The rooms smelled of mold and mildew, and the carpets and furniture were filthy throughout the property. The front desk staff and manager, Michelle Reed, were rude and dismissive of guest concerns. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, stay somewhere else!
