Every time I go to Capri- this is the hotel I stay at. Wonderful view. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. The bed is very comfortable. Great value for the money!

Great property. Big room with comfortable bed and AC. Views from the restaurant and rooms are very beautiful.Staff is top-notch and friendly. Breakfast is great- comes with pastries, fresh squeezed oj, yogurt, granola etc AND a huge selection of hot meals. Pretty close to the action.

The room was horrible. The shower was leaking so we had a big puddle of water on the floor. The sliding door didn’t slide.
The customer service was amazing! Eugenia (She’s Argentinian) was so nice! She helped us with our transportation and anything we needed! She was a blessing!

매우 훌륭해요 Beautiful hotel with superb hosts. Our receptionist was an absolute delight, very friendly and super helpful.
Just a shame that we missed out on the centre of Caprì being fully open for the start of the Easter holidays.
We had to cut our stay short due to ferry travel disruptions which would have had an impact on our onward travel, however the time we had on the island was really enjoyable. Highlights were the views from Villa Jovis and the Gardens of Augustus. Restaurant Panorama was fantastic.

Early season, and it showed. The hotel staff did their best, but the room wasn't stocked or kept up well, no pool to use, limited options around and at the restaurant.
Adjust your expectations accordingly.
