We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our terrace room was fantastic, the outdoor space so nice for relaxing after a day of visiting beautiful Granada. The close proximity to the Alhambra was very convenient but not the best part of the hotel. Professional, helpful staff, lovely pool, and accommodations made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend, and if you can get a patio/terrace room, do so!

Excellent location to visit the Alhambra only a few minutes walk, hotel good but our aircon wasn’t working, they were very helpful and offered to change our room but it was to a smaller room

Good breakfast, lots of choice on the buffet. Evening meal buffet was ok but not as varied as the breakfast. The under ground carpark spaces are of a generous size but they are only 11 in total.
Hotel is very convenient for the Alhambra and some walking tours start at the hotel. Helpful staff, English is spoken. Hotel is nicely air conditioned everywhere. It was 34deg outside when we stayed!

The location of the hotel is good. Very busy when checking in as staff fo relay lots of information.
The only downside is possibly the bathroom it was a bit dated.
