The first night we stay here the accommodation was hosted a wedding we did not sleep at all the first night there was loud music and dj all night with big bass speakers the accommodation should of told us before we stay if had known would of stay some where else that was advertised as the quite side of the island was so wrong not only that when we got there the kitchen was close to because they were hosting a wedding this was poor service and was told it would be close of the first 2 day of our 5day stay if would of not been an issue if there was more stuff closer we found a restaurant about 10min down the beach that save us lol and when the restaurant did open for use half the menu was not available the only possible of this stay was the bed was nice and cozy the food at this restaurant was below average I'm sorry but I can not recommend this place to anyone we thought about staying some where else but did not want the hassle of moving when we only had a few day left to our hoilday to enjoy our self dont get me wrong we love the island if I had todo it again I would stay some where else and yes I did talk to the host about the issue she did not see the problem

One of the best stays I’ve ever had with the best room I’ve ever had, the staff was SO nice and really went above and beyond. I had coffee each morning and room service for dinner one night and it was delish. The beach and the view is stunning

Common areas could be cleaner but awesome place to stay overall.

Wasn't as nice as the picture portrayed it to be. Probably look elsewhere on my next visit.

Family suite had three bedrooms and two bathrooms right on the beach with a private swim spa and porch. Would sleep 7. A mini villa with a lovely view.

The place was amazing especially for the price we paid. Uf you stayed here I would recommend a car

Beautiful views to wake up to

I have stayed here 3 times for over a total of 20 days. This is not a fancy resort but a comfortable place to stay in Lipa Noi and right in the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have already planned to come back for a fourth time!

I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers.

A very good value for the price. Right on a great, quiet beach and they have kayaks that can be used. Several good local restaurants within easy walking distance.
