Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit on the small side. Well-located, close to shops and restaurants. Overall excellent.

The property location is very convenient. Most of the tourist attractions, metro stations and restaurants are just a walking distance away. And the staff are also very nice.

Nice little hotel in a great walking location

The location is good. The coffee in the hotel is good. Staff try to be helpful. Some rooms are really dirty and unclean. Upper floors are ok. UpstIr room washroom is tiny. No view outside window

La ubicación es muy buena. El cuarto que nos tocó a mi esposo y a mi parecía que solo era para meter una cama matrimonial. No tenía mesa de noche. La cama estaba pegada a la pared lo cual fué muuuy incómodo. El baño es muy obvio que lo añadieron con el tiempo. Para el toilet era súper incómodo pues soy una mujer de 5'3" de altura y cuando me sentaba la puerta me quedaba en las rodillas. Mi esposo tenía que dejar la puerta abierta. La regadera casi lo mismo, apenas uno se podía mover. Además demasiado caro para lo que nos tocó. Para nada lo recomiendo. YD de Sugar Land, TX.

Great location!!! Great hotel. Rooms are small but all new and great bathroom. The check in process is very hard to do online and takes long time o finish. This is the only negative about the hotel

Room was clean and good location, thats it. If you are in your 20s and used to live in a dorm, you will be ok. Room is exceptionally small and very very basic. 2 people can not move around at the same time. One has to sit on the bed as there is no table or chair, or space for that. TV was a bear to operate and then very poor reception. AC did not work so cooling is opening the window and dealing with the noise. It is just a bed in a room with a sink. Toilet is minute, men using it stands outside the door and woman when seated can not close the door. For the price we paid it was gouging but there was nothing else available. At least it was clean and the cleaning lady was friendly.
