The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on site offered delicious breakfast and dinner entrees.
We had two rooms, and one problem common to both was the climate control/air conditioning system was difficult to control. One room was a bit too warm, and the other too cold, but the thermostats in both rooms did not seem to function properly, so we could not change the temperature settings. In all fairness, we did not alert the hotel staff to this situation, so they did not have the opportunity to solve the problem.

Buena comida, limpio, buena ubicación.
Solo que hicieron mucha ruido en el pasillo frente a mi cuarto como a las 7am y los trabajadores platicando, riéndose y haciendo mucho ruido.
Mala experiencia con el ruido y lo demás todo bien

매우 훌륭해요 Great place to stay if it's your first time in Merida, I have been coming to this hotel for years and I'm happy to say they still have some of the kindest staff in Merida. The shopping mall below is a great place for local finds too!
Their coffee shop is excelent and a very welcome spot for meetings.
