The staff was absolutely attentive and prompt in answering and attending to all our questions and needs. The location of this hotel is amazingly convenient.

We stayed for 1 night, its basic but it’s complete. Breakfast was good, not a enormoes variety but enough to start the day well! Rooms were spaciois and beds comfortable. The shower tends to get full pretty quick thus the rest of the bathroom as well. A few towels and it’d fixed.

The staff at the check-in desk were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cesar for helping me and my daughters navigate the local area and best beaches to visit! He took the time to explain, showed me on Google Maps and even wrote the information down for me (which I used as my guide for the entire stay). Keyana was also helpful and always smiled when she saw me. We arrived early and opted to pay the $40 USD to check-in early. There is a taxi stand outside that is always manned with really nice drivers who can answer any questions about the city. Though Ubers are cheaper, we opted for the taxi since I 'knew' the driver after Day 1. The concierge Felipe was really good and steered us in the direction of some really cool excursions, and even gave us some tips on how to save money by doing some things a la carte. The property is located about 10 mins from the central area and conveniently beside a 24 hour 7-11.

The hotel was generally old. The staff service was good. However, the walls were thin, and I could hear the voices of the people in the next room until late at night, which was disappointing.
