Place was clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Very easy to communicate in English.

This was a great hotel. The hotel was in a very convenient location with so many options for food and entertainment. The subway station was literally maybe a 1 minute walk away. The staff was always so so helpful and the cleaning lady was always making sure I was getting clean towels and water refills even if I was leaving the room before cleaning time. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again on my next trip.

Air conditioning did not work at all and will be under ‘maintenance’ for a month for the entire hotel according to the receptionist. Room seemed clean, bedsheets were discoloured, bathroom was very dark

Great place

Less than 20 steps from the station exit and the facility is compact equipped with key essential set-up for business travellers. There were few international plugs and multiple usb charging spots. The place has also quite a spacious gym, so this was very helpful. The hotel staff were also outstandingly caring. Easy to demand anything you need but also can request via the tablet.

Room was cleaned daily. Quiet but you can only hear the neighbours outside at the corridor if they're loud

Nice and clean

Convenient location, just a few steps away from the subway. Staff are helpful and kind. Extensive facilities including a lounge on the top floor with an outdoor area, and an excellent bakery on the 1st floor.

It was very clean and luxurious.

Good clean room and great gym. Very good customer service.
