Location - fantastic and just a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee places around. Staff - the reception staff are all super helpful and friendly. Cleanliness -the hotel is clean and rooms and bed are spacious. The only item was the water pressure for the shower. It's fine but low pressure. Received also a free spa vouchers for us which was fantastic. The massage was awesome. The only complaint is the spa room and linens needs some refurbishment. The pool is small - it's more like a dipping pool. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection from continental type to a full lunch. The hotel can be busy so and the restaurant for b/fast is small. Suggest to go early to avoid a big crowd. They only give one key card per room. The TV in our room was not working but wifi connection was good.

Staff services is excellent. Some visitors was speaking loudly. My room shower was felt off and have to wait a technician came to repair. Food was not so good.

This hotel at this price point was amazing! The room is clean and elegant. I would definitely stay here again, it’s close enough to the beach. The breakfast staff was amazing and attentive. Nguy Thi Hau is the manager or something and she took really good care of us. She also gave recommendations to some coffee shops. The staff also booked us a Han River Cruise to experience the Dragon bridge breathing fire! It was only 200k per person. I also rented a Motorbike for 200k per day - $8 per day. Thank You Vy for making this stay at Pavilion as amazing and stress free!

Good location, breakfast was just OK. Very thin walls, if you dont want to hear everything in every room all around you then stay elsewhere.

This was a last minute booking as my previous VRBO booking cancelled my day of arrival. Liked the location so gave it a try. From the moment I walked in the door I was greatly by friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff, Elle in particular, was a pleasure to interact with. At one point there was trouble with my booking but the staff resolved everything without any drama for me. I was grateful. Breakfast was extensive with lots of tasty options. I got to try some new breakfast options. Location was fantastic. My room, VIP room had views over the ocean and the City. Couldn’t have asked for better views. It was also very close to Esco Beach bar where my son works as a DJ so again, location couldn’t have been better. Just too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making my stay fantastic.
