We had a wonderful stay here. It was beautiful. The pool was great. The staff was amazing. The spa was the best I have ever been to. There was lots of amenities like a gym, many restaurants, water park, multiple pools, and beach access. The food was alright. Brando’s was excellent. There was options to do activities off property, if you are planning on fishing this hotel will not cook your fish you caught so you need to figure out how to send it back or an outside restaurant.

This is an excellent hotel for couples, everithing is close by wich I really like, tremendous staff WAO, hands down on service, AAA on food, great quality, restaurants that you dont have to reserve, excellent room, the only thing I would say is to increase the quality on the bevereges (lacking premium brands) for the price you get premium brands, other than that EXCELLENT

We had a very enjoyable stay. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our ocean-view room was comfortable with an excellent view. The staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants, bars, pools, and easy access to the beach. Upgrading the room was expensive, but the additional restaurant access and VIP benefits added value to the experience. The resort was a great place to relax between excursions, and we would recommend it to couples looking for a comfortable, upscale vacation in Punta Cana.
