I would like to stay again. The hotel was great.

A great find in western Tokyo. Brand new room and facilities with a great view of the park. Blends western and Japanese style well.

I like the property. Very well maintained and clean. The staff very polite. The only thing we did not like it is the extremely early check out at 10:00 a.m. After staying in three different hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with check out at 12:00 noon this was a not good surprise for us. My husband and I spoke with one of the supervisors and he said he allowed us to stay until 12:00 noon with the condition to pay extra the equivalent of $86 Canadian dollars. This is an extremely expensive hotel and paying more for check out it does not make any sense. At the end we had to hurry all of us in order to leave the hotel on time. We would never stay in that hotel again.

Great staff

This hotel has it all. No where else in the world can match the customer service like Japan. Super clean and relaxing to stay at this hotel. I couldn’t find anything negative things to say about this hotel and staff. Only the location is a little inconvenient getting into the central Tokyo.

The hotel was very nice, a great place to spend time or relax after enjoying the area. Close to transit for day trips.

This is a beautiful hotel. A hidden gem. The design of the hotel is truly impressive. The gym and workout facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa and infinity people are impeccable and offer terrific views. The rooftop bar is also super nice.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Weather wasn’t amazing during the stay but the hotel is located right next to a strip to get all the necessities.
