Under renovation, bit difficult to reach at the moment, otherwise very good

Friendly staff

Everything was great

Receptionist was not proactive, we had to ask for the status of our "pre-assigned" room while checking in, and she mentioned that we can have the room "starting" from 3pm, which should be "till" 3pm. We got it finally at 15:30.

Renovated nice hotel

At the check-in, the room wasn't prepared for three people, but that was promptly resolved by the staff. Everything else was excellent.

Quiet area

Good for a short stay. I was surprised they charge for parking even though it is located outside the city center. Other than that the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Since there was no double room we were upgraded to a much bigger room. Great!

I stayed one night at the Leonardo Heidelberg hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that they had a coffee machine in the room, and the complementary bottle of sparkling water was very nice touch. As I had an early flight, I can not speak to their breakfast. Parking was a reasonable 8 Euros, although free self-parking is usually what I look for in a hotel. Overall a recommended choice to visit Heidelberg.
