그저 그래요 They charge you for things you didn’t use and say they can’t refund them. And suggest you do a claim with your credit card company per Vaughn Collins manager. Also, that is after he said he would call me back but did not many times!!!

Loveddddd everything about this hotel! Super cute and the lady that helped checked me in was amazinggg. She gave me so many freebies for my birthday. I can’t remember her name but she was a super cute Asian American girl. The bar was top notch also and so many cute photo-op places !

This hotel was centrally located by all of the main New Orleans attractions. It was very walkable and close to restaurants, the convention center, the Caesar Stadium, and the outlet mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive and responsive to our needs. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that the rooms do not have a lot of natural lighting, so the room felt dark all day.
