Good central location. Basic room and ensuite but OK for the amount of time spent in the room. No breakfast being served whilst we were there but no big in convenience

Stayed a few times now, lovely owners, dry homely.

Great little hotel.Very friendly staff.Bed was comfy and shower was powerful.The room does need some TLC but I only use it to get my head down.

Stayed for 3 nights tea coffee facilities not replenished had to ask for milk and tea bags was given milk in a jug and loose tea bags also was disappointment that breakfasts wesnt being done when advertised on the site at £10 a day after carefull consideration will not be staying at the hotel again

Very good value B&B. For the price we knew it would be 'basic' but everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the host was very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again next time we are in Blackpool

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights with my husband. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, the room was perfect size for us small, clean, nice and cozy. The staff were really sweet and friendly. Service provided was amazing. Things that could be improved: Toilet door fixed before arrival, Temperature of the water, the dial was not working properly and the heating kept turning on and off. We would have been really happy if we were provided with a microwave. The rooms are too close together and you could literally hear everything from the rooms next door it does get quite loud and noisy.

My stay was pretty awesome. The staff on duty was extremely polite and formal. He called me twice to ensure that I would be checking in that night, as I checked in late. Upon arrival, my room was already prepared and very well presented to me. I had a very enjoyable night.

Perfect for a cheap n easy 1 nighter! Lovely host’s & great location!

The room was small and the bed was a small double but it was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful
