Great rooms with a variety of options for breakfast. We were pleased with our stay & the helpfulness of the staff.

property is far removed from a lot of entertainment and food. hotel is clean!

Ocean is pretty far. You can see it, but on the first plan you have plenty of roofs. Staff is nice, good buffet breakfast.

Good: The room we had was renovated, and clean. The staff was very friendly. Bad: We could not use the pool on our first day because it was being cleaned. The second day the pool was supposed to be clean, but it still has a lot of algae in it. We weren't comfortable swimming in it. The breakfast was marginal. Two people ended up getting sick (hard to tell if it was from the breakfast or somewhere else, but we suspect it was from here). The key card did not work for our room. The technician tried to repair, but couldn't get it to work, so we needed to get the front desk person to let us in the room.

This hotel is not 4 star is a maximum 2 star…. When you look at the photos it looks good but when you get there is completely different This is a 4 star for Asian standards but definitely not a 4 star hotel When I get there and I entered in the hotel to the reception I knew I done a mistake ….my wife was so disappointed To get to the hotel you have to hike a hill but for me this it wasn’t a problem Also the area of Patong is horrible…..there are many shops but a lot of prostitution on the streets ( massage salons) I’ve been there for 2 days but I will not return anymore ever …( Patong, Phuket ) Thailand is amazing so nice places but in general I think tourists ( I think a lower class citizen) make this area to be horrible Of course this is not a hotel fault …. I didn’t take any pictures ( I forgot ) but if you like to enjoy the holiday pay a bit more and you can have better conditions Before I come to this hotel I’ve be to Khao lak and I paid a bit more for the tool but I had a dream stay luxury….. This hotel doesn’t worth the money you pay Avoid

My stay was awful and I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It was gross, uncomfortable, misleading and overpriced.

Room was nice and clean. Rooftop pool is the highlight especially at night! Staff is lacodasic, breakfast was decent enough. It is on a very steep hill beware of that if you plan on doing local exploring

Pk

Excellent, kind, and friendly staff

Poor costumer service, didn't care the resident concern.
