훌륭해요 Overall great property - only concern I wanted to raise is that the charge of $10 Pounds per bag to store your luggage before and after stay if you is a bit steep.
Never have seen anywhere do that before and would be a reason to look in other areas for bookings.

Too tiny, very packed, hard to stand two persons. No breakfast, charge 40 pounds to store luggage the same day after checkout.

Staff was accommodating. Room was clean with exception of toilet seat. Grateful for the A/C as I was there during June heatwave.
Location and neighborhood was fabulous for getting to the trains ,parks for walking and some good spots to eat.

The fire alarm in my room went off on my first night at 4am. I asked why and was told it was a false alarm. The staff told me I wouldn’t be charged for the luggage storage I paid for but conveniently forgot about that. And at one point the digital key needed to access the buildings and room wasn’t working. We had to bang on the front door to get into the building and then had to be escorted to the room. This is possibly a “get what you paid for” situation, but it could have been better.

The aircon was fantastic. The room was very small and compact with not much storage and drink making facilities.The room was on the lower ground floor and phone signal was poor so if the WIFI didn’t work you were lost. The window was on the lower ground so there was no view or opportunity to open the window. Access to the building and rooms via a phone was terrible , I would request a key card .
A very modern hotel in a great location let down by technology teething issues

Very clean and spacious room. Bed linen and towels of high quality. Location extremely handy to tube station for easy access across London. Would recommend The Drey to family and friends.

Great location, clean room though not very big with little space for clothes, not much table space. Our room was in the basement so no view.
On the website there is a tv on the picture for The Roost, which we didn’t have.
Easy access to room. Staff kindly didn’t charge a fee for early bag drip off at 1:30, and was able to access room half hour early. Also only charge £10 for 2 bags when leaving which we left for most of the day.
Generally a nice hotel, in a good location. However, it could do with a lick of paint and carpet clean to it a better star rating.

훌륭해요커플 숙박객
The hotel has been recently remodeled from what I see. Rooms are small, typical for London, but very clean and well-lighted. Plenty of AC and USB outlets. There is no TV or a chair in our room. WiFi was marginal in our room, but staff seemed to get it working much better on our second day. Hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby on Earls Court Road. There is no lounge or TV room which would be helpful.
