Location and view were stunning, room so well appointed and decorated. Service was beyond what would have been expected, they were so useful. Breakfast was yummy and a welcome change from what we had been eating for weeks. There was no way to block the light from the door which made falling asleep hard and we were awake very early; that would be even worse in a month or two but we would choose to stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location to enjoy Jiufen old street. In quiet area but close to everything. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. Great location.

We cannot say enough about this little place and our hosts! What a gem! If you want a clean, bright and quaint experience, this is it. We loved the room and the morning breakfast dining space. The ambiance was thoroughly enjoyable with an amazing view! Communication & check-in was super easy. Our hosts were in touch via WhatsApp to arrange meeting us at the bus stop and had our bags carried up on the scooter while we walked the few steps along the quaint street to the B&B. They sat with us over a cup of tea and showed us around on a printed map of the area with lots of places marked out for best paces to eat, opening/closing times etc. They also provided us with some links for things to do & see outside of the area, which we absolutely took advantage of. Jiufen itself is a lovely place, friendly, vibrant and so many places to eat and relax. Honestly, without a doubt will plan to go back on our next Taiwan trip!

A wonderful stay. Great views and spacious rooms, the owner Vincent was fantastic and very hospitable. The staff were all very kind and the breakfast was tasty too. I would be back in a heartbeat!

Staff was super friendly to cater our need. Price is reasonable. The breakfast was the best fresh, nutritional breakfast. We had a very good time. Room is very clean.

Friendly staff, helped us check in and get around. Lovely place just the stairs climbing up and down the place is a little tough. Still a beautiful location and lovely nature.
