Wonderful value for your dollar. Very clean room. Everything you need is in it. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful selections. And the Onsen spa is amazing, clean, and free!!! Highly recommend.

Just be aware that even if a typhoon hits and you can’t get to Okinawa, there is no refund.

Self checkin machine was a bit challenging. Help came but not extemely fleeting. Muddled thru... 24 hr shop, was not clear that it was self checkout. Need more basic english signage. Unable to call from airport re shuttle bus. Phone didnt answer. Eventually found the area where bus comes after asking others waiting. No english signs. Great onsen baths. Signage good. Didnt realise there were welcome drinks and icecream in the afternoon, until read info in room and it was closed. Room very good and comforable. Able to open window. Retractable clothesline over bath. Bathroom excellent. Unable to get english or english subtitles on tv.

Location wasn't amazing, but other than it was a really nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff

Loved our stay here, had all the advantages of a hotel! Only thing I recommend changing would be the beds they were stiff.

Breakfast menu was ok, and the facility was well maintained. The room was small, but had a large bed. Parking was extremely expensive and the hotel was located in a red light district.

The staff were friendly and always available. the amenities were well maintained and were useful for my stay. The airport shuttle was helpful to and from the hotel and having a daily shuttle that takes you into the shopping district was amazing. They had free drinks available from 1pm to 5pm, it would be nice if water was free all day and not just those 4 hours a day. Other than that I was happy with everything.
