훌륭해요가족 숙박객
Stayed at this hotel for one night only since we had a later flight. Staff was great and hotel was clean. The hotel shuttle picked us up from airport and the communication with the driver was great. I Did not use any of the amenities. Restaurant food for dinner was good but the buffet breakfast could be better not worth the additional cost in my opinion.

Our airplane got early and we called the property 8 times with no response. Breakfast is served from 6 , but they only start preparing at 6 and by 7:30 they were still adding food. Even if it’s an airport hotel the experience wasn’t great.

This is a fairly new property and everything shows that. The room was comfortable and well laid out for a single traveller. I was very happy with the
E closeness to the airport and will stay again if travelling through Cancun.
The airport shuttle was a bonus as transport from the airport is expensive.

Very nice property but too expensive for Playa del Carmen. I did not like that I had to pay there because I felt the dollar to pesos exchange was not great and I ended up paying more. For the price there are other nice places to stay.
