Was amazing! Milena was so kind.

Cool spot! Great big 2nd floor lounge (with bar, ping pong, pool, hangout space) which facilitated getting to meet folks. Great rooftop w/ lil' dipping pool. Great location in historic & cool Casco Viejo (hostel is small in middle of "Santana" club area - great if you like nightlife & don't mind surrounding noise). Dorm was kept neat, with strong a/c, & good rules posted. Has big lockers (bring lock). ... And staff were great, esp Gabriel, Yair (?) & Jesse. Thx, Viajeros!

The hostel was average at best. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. The room and bathroom had a constant damp smell+feel and the shared bathroom was dirty with the sink and shower clogging constantly. The shower temperature and pressure were however, amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Location was okay. For the price we paid I wouldn't be running back.

My single unit was all that I needed for the night l. Beautiful hostel and stay for price and location.

Jian and Melina were perfect. They made sure my check in, check out and stay was great. They were always pleasant and happy to help. Went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. It was easy to meet people and socialize. This hostel also had some of the hottest parties that locals came to. Was a great time overall. Would def come back.

If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view. I have stayed in a lot of hostels so have realistic expectations and I do like a night out - but this is next level. The area is also very noisy in general and bit sketchy. The roof top area is lovely and the only saving grace. If you are in Panama to party all night this place would work. If you want to get any sleep it won’t.

Clean rooms, huge complete communal kitchen. The staff was just amazeing, the bar upstairs had a great view and good food. Jess had fun things everyday and night. I could live here.

Mostly my complaints are with the incorrect description on hotels.com I had to debate with staff who were not going to allow my daughter (15) to stay with me. While the property prohibits kids, the description did not say that and it shared family friendly amenities. Because I arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday, I couldn't find another place in the area. A lot of party and construction noise. This is a party hostel and the description did not share it. The location was excellent, an honest description and not having to debate with staff at 11 PM at night would be appreciated.

Nice pool, comfortable room.

The pool was probably the worst … idk dirt floating at the top other than that everything was okay , food , music & activities … room was by my self so that i likeed w the view
