Lovely staff and great location of property - they have tours and activities with a nice rooftop to hang out at.

Best place we stayed in all of Europe by far!!!!

What a lovely place loved the location the room the plunge pool the bar wasn’t open on the times said but that didn’t matter when your so central we just went out! The staff were friendly! The only issue I had was the lift as it was advertised no lift but you needed a lift to get in and I’m petrified of lifts there was emergency stairs which are for mainly the shops downstairs so had to keep explaining why I was using them and was with a bit of a struggle with the language barrier! Would I return yes as long as I can use the stairs!!!

They provide free storage luggage

Good for what it is, We only stayed 1 night. Family of 4. The check in process is so long. You can not check in until 3 and the process was very manual and we waited in line for over a hour to check in!!!! Only one person at the desk at check-in, taking forever, with a long line of people. We were jet lagged and tired and it was exhausting.

My older teens loved the vibe of the place and it was in a good location.

Me ha encantado este lugar. Super céntrico, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Estación de Taxis, desayuno riquísimo. Nos permitieron hacer check in antes, tiene piscina, cocina equipada y es bonito. Lo amé

The place is awesome. Right in the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem and the views were incredible. Kitchen was super clean. Will definitely recommend.
