Our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The listing did not make it clear that an “External” room meant the bathroom was a SHARED single bathroom located on a different floor from the unit. While the staff was friendly and agreed to treat it as a private bathroom for an additional 10€ per night, the bathroom still remained unlocked and accessible to others. The room itself had extremely thin walls, and we could hear everything from the neighboring unit’s bathroom. The towel set was worn out, frayed, and stiff, and the pillow seemed old and needed replacing as it was uncomfortably firm, feeling like it was filled with molded foam chunks. Unfortunately, I woke up with a sore neck as a result.

Comfortable stay very close to the train station and other attractions! The staff was accommodating and helpful in letting us get into our room early (and willing to hold onto our luggage after checkout the next day). The rooms were really cute and the a/c soooo nice during a heat wave. The small breakfast included was a nice touch for us in the morning! The only issue was the shower—the door was kind of broken and the water was luck of the draw on whether it was hot (about half the time). Overall, a comfortable place for our family of five.

I traveled with my wife and stood 2 nights. The host, Leonardo provided great service and helped with recommending places to eat. The room was small, the bed was slightly uncomfortable. The shower stall was small. There was not enough closet space or drawers to store our clothes; however, we made it through two nights. We liked that the B&B was centrally located within walking distance to various landmarks, restaurants, the train station, and was very quiet at night.

Hot water pot was full of mold and water and coffee maker not clean. Could not use either. Breakfast items appear to be stale. Sealed bags had moisture within.

Booked this hotel last minute for my parents. They came back raving about the customer service and how beautiful the rooms were. They would definitely would stay here again.

Wow! We went from Ravenna to Florence Italy via train and headed to our next stop, the Locanda Di Mosconi. We got off the train in Florence, used our Apple Maps for walking directions and walked approximately two blocks to the rental unit. The owners walked us through the entry process via text and as a group of two couples who reserved two rooms we were pleasantly surprised. After unlocking a security box via the text instructions we were greeted with three keys. Each key had a purpose and like the fortunes in Fort Knox, we felt completely safe and secure. The rooms were extremely pleasant and we even had a joint sitting room. Both rooms were clean, neat and the beds were wonderful. When you walk out the front door, you are in heart of central Florence without feeling overwhelmed. The restaurant next door is excellent, as well as many others in short distance. If you’re interested in the Hop Off Hop On bus tour, it’s less then a block away. The leather market is huge and is just a short walk and the amazing market that houses coffee shops, gift shops, meat markets, etc. In summary, we feel it would be hard to find a nicer place to stay and the owners were wonderful. If we or friends or family return to Florence, the Locanda Di Moroni is our preferred location.

It is very well located although the front desk only operates from 8:30 am to 3:00 PM. The room was clean but the last day we lost hot water and the internet service is quite poor and lost signal many times.

A lovely couple of nights stay. Lovely hotel with a safe feel. Keys are provided to lock 2 sets of doors to access the room. Room was clean and a couple of nice gestures like milk and yoghurts in the fridge and packets of brioche. A coffee machine and a kettle and pods were provided. The only downside was as we were on the groundfloor, you could hear the staff of a morning, talking to eachother and on the phone. It would wake us up when we would have prefered a lay in, due to being on holiday. I would stay here again, as the location was excelent, however i would request a room on a higher floor where it would be quieter. Overall, Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room we stayed in was huge, but it was meant for 3 anyways. Place is a bit worn as you can tell from the paints and furniture. Location is good, very walkable and close to central market, not that the food there is great but you can stop by on the way back to have a late night grab. Air con is excellent.
