Lovely clean hotel, very polite and friendly staff giving a very warm welcome. Our only problem was the pressure in shower was very low and the mattress was cheap and flimsy.

Arrived to friendly staff who helped us up to room with bags. Room was lovely spacious clean comfortable and a home from home beautiful stunning decor room called the palm springs room. Had an issue with an electric item in our room but quickly resolved and dealt with professionally and helpful. Otherwise fab stay and will stay again more often.

Very clean rooms with all the facilities you would need.
All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I paid for the hotel in full and then they took an extra £50 without any authorisation or explanation
I emailed before I arrived, spoke to them whilst there and have phoned, messaged and WhatsApp since and have had zero response
