Staff was very cordial and professional.

The staff was so friendly, the food was excellent that they served there. This was very handy to be so close to attraction.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, and the kickback offerings. Would definitely stay at Drury again.

It was a nice hotel that still feels new. I enjoyed the breakfast bar and the afternoon snacks. The staff was great. And it’s close to the Island. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved everything about my stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall hotel was okay and very popular. Things that could be improved -- 1. Since the pool and splash pad were overrun by children (which is to be expected in a family destination) it would have been nice if either a) the outdoor spa could have been reserved for adults OR b) the pool facilities would be closed to children after 9 p.m. 2. They make retractable clothes lines that can be installed in the tub/shower area. If you want to encourage reuse of towels, I would advise installing retractable clothes lines. 3. NO cell phone reception. We had 1 bar whenever in the hotel (which actually was conducive to the vacation but still frustrating.) Did not use hotel wi-fi because it was totally unsecured... not even a guest password! 4. Fix the damn elevator. There were only two working elevators in the hotel which is inadequate given the number of guests. Also, because the elevator wait is so long, add benches to the elevator areas on each floor. Oth

Clean room. Friendly staff. Pool was way too packed. Only has 2 elevators for 8 floors. Breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast and kick back was a nice touch. My only complaint was the elevators were so slow. It was only two working and a lot of guest were in the hotel. But overall I can’t complain it was nice experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I thought it was great that they included breakfast and happy hour food everyday. The staff was very friendly and I can honestly say I would look forward to staying here again. Each year I visit Pigeon Forge i stay at a different hotel but I think this is the go to hotel for my family from now on.
