매우 훌륭해요 Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was super helpful from re-taking our bags after our flight out was delayed to making dining recommendations in a different area. The rooftop was quite lovely. There was a terrible rain storm during our stay, we felt safe and secure.

매우 훌륭해요 This was a fantastic place to stay. However, I want to note that the location is more-so Roma Sur than Condesa or Roma Norte as I was firstly under the assumption. Nonetheless, the stay was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately, due to severe rainstorms we lost power one night and were not notified until we arrived to a dark room. I asked to charge my phone at the front desk and they were helpful to that regard. Fortunately, the power return a couple hours later.

ULIV Pulse Roma-Condesa is located at an excellent location. Great restaurants and parks near by and public transportation within walking distance and accessible Uber pick up. All staff are really helpful and kind. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. They can even hold your luggage in a safe place if your flight leaves at a later time than check-out. Thank you!
