훌륭해요 Excellent location. Room was big enough to sleep in separate rooms if needed.Air conditioning more than needed. One drawback is the walls and floors are thin so if you are sensitive to noise, this may be a problem especially if you want to sleep in. I would stay there again.

매우 훌륭해요 We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Caruso! The location was super convenient and walkable for what we wanted to do in Rome. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing a few restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable (the AC worked great). The terrace was a nice view of the courtyard and the breakfast was pretty good. Would recommend that you stay here when in Rome!

그저 그래요 The room was very clean, but we were treated in a terrible manner by the host. We opened the entrance door incorrectly and he came down and yelled at us for that mistake. His lack of respect for his patrons was quite appalling.
This place is more in line with a bed and break rather than a hotel. Most unusual setup.

The property was beautiful and John; who checked us in, was very accommodating and nice. My only problem was our room was right next to the office and we could hear everything that the night clerk was doing all night. That and the very hard pillows kept us up all night. Next time we come we’ll request a room not next to the office and bring our own pillows.

Beautifully maintained property with incredible ceilings, comfortable bed, great A/C in the middle of a heat wave, helpful staff, a marvelous roof deck and wonderful location. Highly recommend!

I recall that Lucio was very helpful during our stay, especially when we had to deal with the shower room leak on the 2 nights we stayed, we were offered a free breakfast in return for that inconvenience, thanks to the manager, Luisa

The location of the hotel was very convenient, but the property needs maintenance update, especially in the shower rooms, we stayed in 2 different rooms and had the same problem. We were offered an upgrade and free breakfast for the inconvenience. One member of the staff, Lucio ( can't remember the exact spelling ) was very helpful during our stay. Luisa was very nice to us too

On arrival we had booked via the hotel a taxi, which due to the new customs and passport control, meant he could not wait for us ! We still got charged OK, understand that.
The room we had did not have a phone so unable to contact reception staff, then the plug in the bath would not let the water escape, so a member of the reception did a temporary repair.
We were then moved after a couple of days to a room which we had supposedly booked ? Which had only a shower, several light fixtures were broken and it just looked as though there was no care. Also we booked the hotel as it had a roof terrace and bar, on our first night we were told no bar, so no after dinner drinks for us. I’m just not sure they understood what was happening, so unfortunately I cannot give them a good review.
