Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location to all the attractions ( 6 min walk to both the Old Town and New Town ). And the staff were very nice.

A really lovely hotel that is fantastic value for money.
Staff very helpful and polite
we stayed in a luxury apartment which was fantastic and one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in.
the only minor negatives, Gym equipment could be thinned out a bit ie one bike, one running machine, only because the room is a bit small.

Pros: Great staff, good location, nicely arranged rooms
Cons: Could not meet room bed type (requested two beds, received one - could have been a problem with Expedia communicating with the hotel), streaming to television did not work, WiFi in room disconnected more frequently than expected

Rooms are huge. Staff is over the top friendly !! Located in a perfect spot to walk around Bratislava to see the sites. This was our second time staying there and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
