The rooms were extremely clean and well presented, the staff are extremely kind and hospitable, they have a very genuine manner. The stafe are VERY friendly and were always so helpful even if it was very late or an inconvenienced time. The breakfast was extremely delicious and so refreshing, i still miss the fresh orange juice they make, i wish i could take it back home with me.
In conclusion, such amazing customer serveice and such a well mainteined establishment for a very reasonable price, would definetly recommend to anyone, especially first time comers to Morocco.

매우 훌륭해요 We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the customer service. It was some of the best we've ever experienced, the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, which we really appreciated. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his stay, and the staff took such good care of him throughout our holiday, making it even more special for our family. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at this Free People Riad and Spa was exceptional from start to finish. Pilar, the owner, was incredibly professional, kind, and personable, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable; they were attentive, genuinely caring, and always happy to help with far more than just the usual hospitality. They shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit, local restaurants, and insider tips that made exploring Marrakech so much easier and more enjoyable. The riad itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, and clearly maintained with great care and attention to detail. Every space felt thoughtfully curated, making it a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Our stay at Free People Riad & Spa was wonderful from start to finish. The Riad itself was spotless and beautifully maintained—every corner felt cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out.
What impressed me most was the communication. The staff and management were excellent throughout, responsive and attentive whenever we needed anything. We did run into one small hiccup during our stay, but management handled it professionally and promptly refunded a small fee without any fuss. That kind of integrity says a lot about how they run the place.
They also helped us organize an airport transfer, which made arriving and departing completely seamless. I’d highly recommend taking them up on that—it took all the stress out of getting to and from the Riad.
We left feeling well looked after and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It is located in a quiet alley. Air conditioning was great during the hot day.
It is a small boutique Riad. It doesn’t come with any amenities except a spa room.
Overall, we had a nice stay in this riad for 3 nights.

This Riad is extremely beautiful, well decorated, wonderful staff. The room was spacious with high quality mattresses and sheets. The food was Fresh and delicious. The host has n amazing positive energy. I would rate this Riad us one of the best in Marrakech, and had been to a few. Highly recommended and will stay here again without a doubt. Very appreciative for the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place.
