Everything's awesome. I love how the interior is so chic while it is a renovated house. It has everything we need for traveling. The common room has collections of books, kitchen utensils and comfy ambience. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Thank you!!

f you're looking for a stay that feels genuinely special without the sterile, cookie-cutter vibe of a chain hotel, the Buffalo Guesthouse is it. Right downtown, walkable to everything — the location alone sets the tone. But what made this stay truly memorable was the people. C.J. at the front desk is an absolute gem. Warm, professional, attentive — he's the kind of person who elevates a stay from good to unforgettable. You can feel owner Wes Brown's vision throughout the property. Clean, charming, full of character, with that rare quality of feeling like a home that actually has its act together. This is the kind of place you tell your people about. I'll absolutely be back!!

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again.

Easy & straightforward check-in.

Room was nice but small. Showers are shared outside the room. Shower water was lukewarm throughout my stay and one day was not clean. The shared space is very nice and inviting. Breakfast is basic . Dining room gives you a family feeling and an opportunity to interact with other guests.

Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe neighborhood and a short walk to Gabriel's Gate. The price was right for sure!

So this place is definitely nice if you are by yourself and need a place for overnight. The room had everything you needed like a fridge, smart tv, and an attached bathroom. The free breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options like eggs sausage some cereal was available as well as coffee and some pastries as well. Common areas were nice and clean and if you stay for longer than a day there’s even a small spa outside and a really nice outside space to hang out and just chill. The area is nice and there’s plenty of things to do. Definitely would go back if I ever need to stay in Buffalo again.

The owner Wes is a really nice guy who obviously takes great pride in this property and it really shows in all the details. It's clean, well organized, with lots of creature comforts like terry robes and slippers, beautiful lounge rooms, a nice fireplace, a jacuzzi in the back, free freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. This place is better than most hotels I've ever stayed at, which is amazing, but true. The location is also great, in the middle of the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo with all the charming restaurants, shops and bars and adjacent to downtown, so you're close to everything without being too close. I stay overnight in Buffalo on a fairly frequent basis and this is where I'll be staying from now on, hands down. This place is a great value with a lot more character than you'll find elsewhere. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

Very friendly staff. Unique type of hotel and in a nice part of the city. Room was as advertised and good value. Largest hot tub I have seen. Great Mexican restaurant nearby. Street parking was not a problem
